Build your perfect readily-convertible food shield with a top shelf for pass-over or display. The V10 food shield kit provides ultimate flexibility for your buffet or display. This product can feature a fold-up glass front panel that readily adjusts from self-service to operator-service in seconds. Presented in one section with two end panels, front supports and rear support posts. End panels are required by NSF in most instances. Refer to the NSF/ANSI 2 standard for compliance criteria.
