Build your perfect readily convertible, double food shield with a top shelf for pass-over or display. The V10D convertible food shield kit provides ultimate flexibility for your buffet or display. The left and right front posts feature convertible brackets, allowing users to switch from glass display case to self-serve station in seconds. 

Presented in two sections with two end panels, front supports and rear support posts. Illustrated as a reference to show that this item can be used for self-service and/or operator-service. The front panels are shown in both positions, as they can be flipped to accommodate both styles of service. End panels are required by NSF in most instances. Refer to the NSF/ANSI 2 standard for compliance criteria.
